8 Mins was really hard for me today. Mind felt very unsettled.

Reflection

Glp1 arrives today. My sleep schedule has been pretty shit and that’s because I consume a lot of caffeine I think my underlying reason for that it is an appetite suppressant. I’m hoping that being on a glp1 will allow me to taper the caffeine a bit. I’m just so tired of fighting my body.

I standardized my lifting schedule to 3 days a week. Which should help me not exhaust myself lifting all the time.

It’s mostly upper body but I have a couple lower body moves as well. I feel like my kettlebell swing form is improving because I got this insane burn in my quads and hamstrings which I think is what your meant to feel.

Also like GLP1 is kind of expensive I’ll be paying around $400 a month for it. However, If you look at my spend recently… I’ve been spending almost $60 a day in random bullshit food. So I think its worth trying.
