Mind and body felt really settled today. I feel calm and ready for the day. Today’s practice was kinda just relaxing.
Reflection
Read sasha chopin’s do nothing and it changed how I thought about meditation. Like I found my wallmaxxing session a lot more enjoyable yesterday. The glp1 has helped me to cut way back on food spend and make heatlhier choices which is cool.
Moved mostly from coffee to tea and I feel a lot more calm and focused. Also make tea is just a kind of a nice ritual to have. Ordered a bunch of puerh from white2tea so i’m excited to try those when they arrive.
Been working on filling knowledge gaps highlighted in my last round of interviews.
Feel calm collected and ready.
