Reflection
Yesterday was incredibly stressful. On wednesday my company announced they were doing layoffs and I somehow convinced myself that I would get laid off. Ummm which would be bad because I’m in debt. I didn’t get laid off so that’s good.
Mind feels a lot more settled today. Was on way too much caffeine yesterday like I did gong fu session and then a yerba mate and then a london fog probably > 400mg caffeine. At cofee shop I realized oh my brains not functioning good. So I decided to skip improv since I wasn’t in a good state of mind which kind of sucked. I’m trying to limit myself to 1 gong fu session a day which is like 100-200mg caffeine which seems like a good number.
Also, I’m not losing weight on semaglutide so I’m going to switch to tirzepatide. I’m also working on eating more healthfully. I want to eat more beans and I haven’t been good about actually cooking them.
